  • 100 g butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • spices to taste;
  • salt.

For filling:

  • 500 g minced meat (pork, beef);
  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 1-2 tomatoes;
  • 1-2 onions;
  • greens to taste;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • pepper;
  • salt.

To fill:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 50-60 ml sour cream;
  • 150 ml milk or cream.

Moreover:

  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • vegetable oil for frying and greasing the mold.
