For the soup you will need:
- 100 g processed cheese;
- 250 g fish fillet;
- 2 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 liter of water;

salt, fresh herbs to taste.
Prepare food for fish soup
You can choose any fish that you like. our recipe uses pollock fillets.

Put a pot of water on the stove, boil water, salt. Add chopped potatoes to it and cook for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

- 1 box of processed cheese (180-250 grams);

You will need:
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 3 medium potatoes;

- 350 gr. salmon or salmon;

- 200 ml of milk;
- 200 ml of cream;
- 1 liter of boiling water;
- greens, salt, pepper to taste.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and butter in it until tender. Pour in boiling water, add chopped potatoes and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Then add thinly sliced fish and melted cheese. Stir well to spread the cheese well, season with salt and pepper. When the soup is almost done, pour the cream and milk into it. - Take peeled potatoes. Cut two tubers into thin circles, the rest into small cubes of about 1.5 cm. Also cut the peeled carrots and onions.
- Remove the skin from the fish, remove the bones. Cut into small pieces. If you have a very bony fish, it is better to crank it in a meat grinder. For a more meaty one, a blender is suitable.
- Place vegetables in a pot of water and cook until soft. Then whisk with a blender until smooth. Add fish to it and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. You need to salt it 5 minutes before cooking.
- Fry the potato slices in oil until a golden crust forms on them. Grate the cheese. Cut the bread into thin slices and brown in a dry skillet.
