Step-by-step recipes for milk noodle soup

I cannot say that I am a big fan of milk soups (it seems to me that in one of my articles I have already spoken about this), but I cook them quite often for my daughters. The older girl prefers the classic version of milk and pasta with added sugar and butter, but the younger one requires variety, so you have to experiment or borrow recipes from hostesses who are more experienced in this matter. I offer you a small selection of those dishes that my baby eats with pleasure.

In a multicooker

First of all, I'll tell you how to make a classic version of milk soup with noodles. I will describe the option in a slow cooker, but the recipe perfectly adapts to ordinary cooking in a saucepan on the stove. You yourself can choose the method that seems more convenient.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 1 tbsp. vermicelli;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l. butter.

Preparation:

An excellent variant of a negotiated dish, which not only the youngest daughter, but also all other members of my family would like to eat. As in the previous case, the recipe is suitable for both a multicooker and a regular saucepan.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 liters of milk;
  • 150 g of small pasta;
  • 1-2 apples;
  • 4 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 1 pinch of vanilla;
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation:

  7. Stir the contents of the bowl, close the lid of the appliance and set the “Steam cooking” or “Milk porridge” mode.
  8. As soon as the soup boils (to find out about this, you will need to periodically check the state of the food), switch the mode by selecting the "Warm up" function and continue cooking the dish for 10 minutes.
  9. Turn off the multicooker, add the remaining butter to the soup, stir and pour into portioned bowls. Optionally, butter can be added to each portion of the soup just before serving.

Milk soup with noodles and mushrooms turns out to be no less satisfying. But you should know and remember that mushrooms are unacceptable in the diet of babies under 1 year old, are not recommended for children of preschool and primary school ages, and after 12 years it is advisable not to allow frequent intake of the product and offer it more often 1 time in 7-10 days. In addition, for both children's and adult menus, mushrooms must be purchased or harvested in a trusted place and processed in a manner appropriate for each type.
