Soup with canned fish deserves special attention, because such a dish makes you fall in love with it not only for its simplicity and speed of preparation, but also for its amazing taste.
Canned saury soup with millet in a slow cooker
A rich, aromatic, hearty lunch on your table, preparation of which does not require either expensive products or special efforts.
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of water;
- 250 g of canned saury;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 head of onion;
- 1/2 tbsp. millet;
- 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- 1/2 bunch of green onions;
- 1/2 parsley;
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper;
- 1.5 tsp. salt.
Preparation:

Prepare food.
Prepare your soup ingredients

Rinse millet in several waters, then put in a sieve, pour over with boiling water and leave the liquid to glass.
Rinse the millet well

Finely chop the onions, put in a multicooker bowl with heated sunflower oil and fry until golden brown in the "Fry" mode.
Saute the onions

Transfer the coarsely diced raw potatoes and millet into a container, add salt.

Ingredients:
- 1 can of canned saury;
- 1-1.5 liters of water;
- 2-3 potatoes;
- 1/2 head of onion;
- 1/2 carrots;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 1 egg;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh dill;
- salt to taste;
- a mixture of peppers to taste;
- sunflower oil for frying.
Preparation:

Cut potatoes into large cubes, carrots, onions and bell peppers into small cubes.
Prepare vegetables

Cover the potatoes with water and place on the stove, turning the heat to medium.

- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 3 potatoes;

- 2-3 tbsp. l. rice;
- 1 bay leaf;
- fresh herbs;
- salt and black pepper;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the onions with a knife, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the bell peppers into strips or squares.

Turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode, heat 1 tbsp in a bowl. l. vegetable oil. Place the vegetables prepared earlier and, stirring occasionally, fry them for 7 minutes.

- Rinse the rice until clear water. Chop the green onion. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Transfer the listed ingredients to the vegetable stir-fry bowl.
