An invariable favorite for me is the familiar, I think, everyone's salad "Mimosa", but in recent years I have replenished my collection of delicious recipes with canned fish and other wonderful options, some of which I hasten to share with you.

Ingredients:
- 250 g of canned saury;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 1 head of onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 250 g canned corn;
- 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- 2.5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- 1/4 tsp salt;
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh parsley.
