The Queen of Spades salad with nuts and prunes is an excellent light dish. It can be prepared both for a festive feast and for an everyday meal. Plus, the low-calorie salad dressing option is a great weight loss dish.

The presented dish, in addition to taste, also has increased benefits. Beets contain a large amount of fiber to regulate metabolic processes in the body, prunes normalize the activity of the digestive tract, and nuts strengthen the immune system.
Beets are rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, potassium, silicon, cobalt, manganese, copper, molybdenum and chromium
Products:
- 1 medium beet;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 apple;
- 100 g of prunes;
- 200 ml of boiling water;

- 50 g of hard cheese and herbs for decoration;
- 1/3 tsp salt.

When chopping a vegetable, do not allow solid parts to get into the salad.

Grate pickles on a medium grater.
If the cucumbers have a thick, coarse peel, then it must be removed before chopping.

Peel the apple just before chopping, otherwise it will darken

The thinner the prune sticks, the tastier the salad will be.

I cook a delicious salad "The Queen of Spades" at least once a week. It is useful for both children and adults. For cooking, I take fresh large beets and boil them in a double boiler. So it retains all the nutrients and remains sweet. Sometimes, instead of walnuts, at the insistence of children, I add hazelnuts or peanuts.
The harmonious taste of healthy vegetable salad will appeal to both adults and children. All the ingredients of the dish are affordable, and preparation does not take much time.
