Salad

A tasty and hearty meat salad called "Passenger" appeared in the 60s of the XX century. Someone says that it was invented by a chef with the last name Passenger, and someone claims that the dish was created specifically for serving workers in restaurant cars. The real reason why the salad got such a name cannot be found out now. However, it's worth a try. The salad is very simple and quick to prepare and tastes great at the same time.
