By the way, try replacing fresh tomatoes with pickled tomatoes in your own juice: it seems to me that the taste becomes richer this way. You can use 1 tablespoon of tomato paste instead. Or add 1-2 teaspoons of adjika (garlic is not needed in this case - it will turn out too hot).

Peel and wash the onion, finely chop into half rings. Place it in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time, over medium heat.

- 60 g pork;
- 50 g of champignons;
- 25 g butter;
- 1 large potato;
- 1 onion;
- 1 medium tomato;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- ½ bell pepper;
- 30 g of cheese;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and mayonnaise;
- 1 tbsp. l. ketchup;
- 2 tbsp. l. chopped fresh parsley;
- 1 tsp salt;

0.5 tbsp. l. ground black pepper.
In addition to basic foods, pot roasts will need mushrooms, cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

Cut the meat into thin slices, season with salt and pepper and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Melt half the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat in it.
