"My Fair Nanny": how the popular TV series ended

My Fair Nanny is one of the most profitable projects of the STS TV channel. But not all viewers watched it to the end, as often happens. Let's find out how the story of Vika Prutkovskaya ended.

How "My Fair Nanny" ended

My Fair Nanny is an adaptation of the American sitcom Nanny, which also tells the story of a poor country girl working as a nanny eventually marrying her boss. However, the American version ended with a wedding. The Russian TV series decided not to stop there. After filming six seasons from the script of the original Nanny (with the wedding at the end), they set about writing the next, seventh.

Zhanna Arkadyevna, of course, has a hard time taking the wedding of Vika and Maxim - the last episode of the sixth season

The seventh season has a separate title "Life after the wedding." He tells, as you might guess, about the joint family life of Victoria and Maxim. A couple buys a house on Rublevka and moves there with their children. Constantine, of course, follows the family.

The series completely changed the scenery - the old two-level apartment of Shatalin was replaced with a large house on Rublevka

Vika quickly changes her image and manners - you will no longer see a simple Mariupol girl in the seventh season.

Even after the wedding, Victoria and Maxim Shatalin have time for romantic evenings

Children gradually grow up, and each of them (including the youngest, Ksyusha) begins to do their own business, work. Zhanna Arkadyevna continues to work with Shatalin. Moreover, it is worth noting that after the wedding, their relationship with Vika improved somewhat. Victoria's mother, Lyubov Grigorievna, according to the plot, dies of illness between the events of the sixth and seventh seasons. Her place in the series was taken by Victoria's father, played by Alexander Filippenko. But Baba Nadya remained in the series - though more often in telephone conversations.

In the first six seasons, Victoria's father was carefully hidden behind the scenes

The creators also decided to develop the love line between Jeanne and Constantine. In episode 170, the butler confesses to Victoria that he has long been in love with Shatalin's partner, and all his teasing is just a peculiar way of flirting. Konstantin and Vika together plan to stage a play that would raise the butler in the eyes of Zhanna Arkadyevna, but the production fails miserably. And then the butler goes directly to the object of his love and offers to marry him. The shocked Jeanne lists all the bullying she was subjected to, but still agrees.

The last episode came out on January 1, 2009 and was called "Love and Carry Sleighs". Victoria has long wanted a child from Maxim, but she just can't get pregnant. The best doctors were already involved in the case, but little sense. The couple travels to a ski resort, where they try to distract themselves from problems. The series ends with good news - Victoria got pregnant after all.

Most viewers are still convinced that the ending of the entire series should have been a wedding. But the producers and creators of "My Fair Nanny" ordered otherwise. Therefore, you have the opportunity to look at Vicki's life after the altar, if there is such a desire.
