- 300 g minced chicken;
- 3 liters of water;
- 1 large onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 2 potatoes;
- 100 g of vermicelli;
- 30 g of fresh herbs;
- salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the onion in half and grate one half. Add grated onion, salt and freshly ground pepper to the minced chicken. Form into medium sized meatballs. Boil the water and dip the diced potatoes into it. Bring to a boil and add the meatballs. Boil over low heat for 15 minutes after boiling.
Do not add eggs to minced meat, otherwise the soup will be cloudy.

- 1 clove of garlic;
- a pinch of nutmeg;
- salt and pepper to taste.

Stew the chopped leeks with the garlic passed through a press in hot oil. Add it to boiling water and add chopped potatoes and chopped cauliflower. Boil for 10 minutes and add the zucchini, celery, tomatoes, carrots and bell peppers, diced.
