You will need:

  • 1.5 kg mashed potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • 500 g of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100-120 g flour;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • garlic;
  • pepper;
  • salt.

Cooking.

  1. Chop an onion and fry it quickly until golden brown.

    The onion will be fully cooked in 8-10 minutes.

  2. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the onions. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 750 g mashed potatoes;
  • 200 g starch;
  • 1 egg;
  • salt.
