Fish salad

You can improvise on the "fish theme" in different ways. Here, the presentation may be different: either chop everything together, or serve it in some special way. Try the second option.

For 2 servings of a fish snack you will need:

  • one herring cut into 2 halves - 2 fillets;
  • 3 hard boiled eggs;
  • 2 onions - preferably shallots or red onions;
  • 6 green lettuce leaves;
  • 50 g olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vinegar;
  • 1 tsp mustard.

Preparation:

  1. Arrange the plates with green lettuce leaves - three leaves each.
  2. Cut the herring fillet, as usual, into pieces and put them on the leaves in a slide.
  3. Now peel the onions and cut into half rings. Add on top of the herring.
  4. Cut the eggs into wedges or large cubes and place them on top of the rest of the food.
  5. Prepare a filling from oil, mustard and vinegar: just mix everything and fill the "slide".

Such a serving is acceptable for serving in portions, and everyone decides for himself: mix the salad in his own plate or eat the products separately. By the way, this combination is very harmonious. You can only add another slice of black bread to it.

This dish is also called "men's snack" due to the fact that a strong half of humanity adores it. It is very satisfying due to its high protein content.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of boiled beef;
  • 150 g canned red or any other beans;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 onion, preferably red;
  • 170 g mayonnaise;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the boiled meat, onions and cucumbers into small cubes.
  2. Mix ingredients, add beans.
  3. Season everything with mayonnaise.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

The finished dish can be served with croutons.

Vegetable salad

A light vegetable snack contains many vitamins that are beneficial to the body. To prepare it, take:

  • 300 g cabbage;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • a bunch of parsley or dill;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive or refined sunflower oil;

Preparation:

  1. Chop cabbage and cucumbers on a special grater or cut into thin strips.
  2. Peel the seeds and cut them into strips.
  3. Chop the herbs and combine the ingredients.
  4. Season with oil, vinegar or lemon juice.

Season with salt, then add a pinch of sugar to the salad. It will better reveal the taste and aroma of the ingredients.

A very tasty and healthy salad will turn out if you cut the fruits: apple, kiwi, banana, orange, pear. Season everything with classic or plain Greek yogurt.

You can sprinkle such a dessert on top with your favorite nuts. Determine the amount of fruit yourself, based on your preferences and taste preferences. The combination can be very different - you can use the fruits that are at hand.

For those looking for a meat substitute, prepare a seafood platter. There are many variations of such snacks, but you can prepare, for example, from the following ingredients:

  • 200 g canned squid;
  • 200 g boiled shrimp;
  • 200 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • 100 g olives,
  • 4 eggs.

For the sauce you will need:

  • 70 g olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mustard.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the Chinese cabbage, or better - tear the leaves into pieces.
  2. Add shrimp, squid, olives.
  3. Boil and coarsely chop the eggs.
  4. Mix all ingredients for the sauce thoroughly and season the dish with it.

Garnish the finished salad with lemon slices.
