The main thing is not to despair! There are some great ways to save the seemingly irreparable, and maybe make food even more delicious!

Even slightly burnt cutlets already become tough and not very pleasant to the taste. Cheese will help save the situation. We rub it on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on patties. The cheese will soften the crust, and the usual dish will acquire an unusual cap and with it a new taste.

If the cutlets are burnt badly, to a black crust, then it is better to just cut it off and put out the cutlets in meat broth or in water. You can add some tomato paste or ketchup and herbs.
