6 Russian stars who could become famous doctors

If you collect all the Russian stars who graduated from medical universities and could connect their lives with medicine, then it would be possible to open a hospital. However, due to certain circumstances, these people decided to choose the scene and were not mistaken.

Garik Martirosyan

Showman, comedian, one of the producers of "Comedy Club" Garik Martirosyan graduated from the Yerevan Medical University. He has two clinical residencies under his belt: neuropathology and cardiology. I independently studied psychotherapy, because this area of medicine attracted Garik most of all.

Martirosyan explains the reasons for entering the Medical University by the prestige of the profession of a doctor among young people in Yerevan and the desire of his father, who said that such a specialty would always be useful.

Martirosyan worked as a doctor for only three years, and then connected his life with show business. Even during his studies, he was an active member of the KVN team "New Armenians", which was a huge success, and Garik was remembered for his sparkling humor, charisma and charm.

Martirosyan believes that knowledge of psychology helps him in his current activities.

Mikhail Galustyan

The mother of the famous humorist Mikhail Galustyan worked as a medical assistant. She often took her son to the emergency room. He learned to apply a cast. This skill came in handy when Mikhail, in order to avoid the test at school, skillfully put a plaster cast on his right hand.

Mom dreamed that her son would become a doctor. Mikhail entered the Sochi medical school and received the specialty "medical assistant". He even had to assist in childbirth.

Mikhail's mother is sure that her son would have made an excellent doctor. She recalls how a plaster cast was removed for an unfamiliar old woman in the emergency room, and Mikhail rubbed her leg. The son did it very carefully, without the slightest disgust and displeasure. He worked for an ambulance for some time. He was always attentive to the sick.

After graduating from medical school, Galustyan entered the Sochi Institute of Tourism for general medicine. However, the faculty was closed and transferred to Krasnodar. By this time, Mikhail was already actively playing for the local KVN team and refused to move to Krasnodar. He transferred to another faculty, leaving medicine.

According to his mother, Mikhail can now give an injection and provide first aid. While acknowledging the popularity of her son, mom still regrets that he did not become a doctor.

Alexander Rosenbaum

Alexander Yakovlevich Rosenbaum was born into a family of medical students. When the family lived in Kazakhstan, their home was on the territory of the hospital. As the singer recalls, doctors and patients were practically dear to him.

In 1974, Alexander Yakovlevich graduated from the First Leningrad Medical Institute, specializing in anesthesiologist-resuscitation specialist. For almost 5 years he worked as an ambulance doctor. The singer recalls the lives he saved with satisfaction. Many years later, relatives of people pulled from the other world write to him with words of gratitude.

When asked if he regrets that he has traded his medical career for the profession of an artist, Rosenbaum replies negatively. But he adds that every time he looks after the ambulances with nostalgia.

Rosenbaum had to provide emergency care after leaving medicine. He recalls how at one of the concerts, after performing the song "Black Tulip", one of the spectators lost consciousness. It turned out that her son was killed in Afghanistan. Rosenbaum reacted instantly, went down to the auditorium and helped the women. After making sure that her condition returned to normal, the singer continued the performance.

As a resuscitator, Alexander Yakovlevich has not lost his knowledge and skills and can not only give an injection into a vein, but also carry out an urgent tracheotomy.

Rosenbaum is a retired colonel of the medical service.

Yana Rudkovskaya

Producer and TV presenter Yana Rudkovskaya graduated from the Medical University in Barnaul with a degree in dermatovenerologist. Having received an additional specialization related to cosmetology, Rudkovskaya opened a network of beauty salons in Sochi and Moscow.

When asked why she left cosmetology and became a producer, Yana replied that the business required her personal presence and a lot of time. And then this activity ceased to bring her satisfaction.

However, the medical knowledge gained helps the TV presenter to maintain health and youth.

Jasmine

The famous singer Jasmine has a nurse specialty. The mother of the future star insisted on entering medical college. Jasmine graduated from college with honors, but did not work in her specialty.

While still a student, she participated in the KVN games. Her teammates recall that the future celebrity managed to cover the students of the music school.

Jasmine considers medical knowledge to be a lifesaver for herself, a mother of three children. In difficult situations, she can keep her cool and help.

Every year, on the Day of the Medical Worker, the singer uploads a photo in a white coat to Instagram and writes words of gratitude to all doctors.

Mikhail Shats

The popular presenter and humorist Mikhail Shats graduated from the First Medical Institute in Leningrad with a degree in anesthesiologist-resuscitation specialist. Then he graduated from residency. His mother is a pediatrician.

For six years Mikhail worked in his specialty. Many people are grateful to him for the lives saved.

Having moved to Moscow in the mid-1990s, Schatz tried in vain to find work in his specialty. Then he connected life with show business. He started playing KVN while still at the institute.

In 1996, the first issues of "OSP-Studio" were released on television, which were a huge success. Mikhail decided to permanently leave medicine. But, according to the artist, he still communicates with his medical colleagues.
