But what about aroma lamps, you ask. For example, I would never risk leaving a burning candle overnight, especially this option is not suitable for pet owners. It is unlikely that you want the cat to accidentally overturn a burning aroma lamp in the morning right on the carpet or wooden parquet.

But these funds have a decent and budgetary alternative - a real lemon.

To achieve the desired effect, two small slices are enough. Sprinkle them with salt to release the ether faster. Twenty minutes and the air in your room will be saturated with healthy aromatic oils of natural origin.

You need to understand that I am one of those people who need to toss and turn in bed for a couple of hours to fall asleep. Finally, I began to get enough sleep - I wake up in the morning without the former feeling of fatigue, sleepless swelling on my face and bad thoughts. Lemon scent relaxes and tune in a positive way.

And one more advantage, incredibly relevant on hot summer nights: I was no longer bothered by such intruders as mosquitoes, moths, beetles and gnats, which inevitably fly in as soon as it gets warm.
