5 ways to make regular eggs like a real chef

Marinate in soy sauce
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken eggs;
- 150 ml soy sauce;
- 1.5 tbsp Sahara;
- 2.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
Add granulated sugar to the soy sauce. Add balsamic vinegar. Pour in 80 ml of cooled boiled water. Stir the marinade ingredients thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
Boil the eggs, cool and peel them from the shell and transparent film so that there are no white spots left when staining. Place in container and cover whole with marinade. Close the lid. Place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Smoke on the grill
Hard boil ten to fifteen eggs and peel. Put on skewers. Light up the grill.
When the coals begin to smolder, set the eggs to smoke. They need to be turned periodically. The delicacy will be ready in 15-20 minutes.
Make a casserole with vegetables
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 3 medium zucchini;
- 2 small carrots;
- 3 onions;
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil;
- a little parsley or dill;
- salt to taste.
Chop the onions and carrots into small cubes. Simmer for 10 minutes in sunflower oil. It needs 2.5 spoons. Season vegetables with salt.
Cut the zucchini into 5 mm circles and fry until soft in the remaining oil.
Layer the ingredients for the casserole. Divide the fried zucchini into thirds and the stewed vegetables in half. Alternate layers and top with beaten eggs.
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 °. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
Make Mother Poulard's omelet
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs;
- 40 ml of milk;
- a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
Separate egg yolks and whites, place in separate dishes. Pour milk into the yolks, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased skillet and spread evenly over the surface. Leave to roast over low heat.
Season with salt and beat with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Gently spread the protein mass over the set yolks. Fry over low heat for 10-15 minutes without covering the pan with a lid.
Gently transfer the finished omelet to a plate. Roll in half, yolk out. You can cut the omelet if necessary.
Bake in the microwave
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 75 g ham;
- 15 g green onions.
Cut the ham into small pieces and place in a greased ceramic bowl.
Break the eggs, salt and pepper, beat with a mixer until smooth.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham. Cover the ceramic bowl with a plate and microwave for four minutes. Sprinkle the cooked casserole with chopped green onions.
