Pour the mixture into a greased skillet and spread evenly over the surface. Leave to roast over low heat.

Season with salt and beat with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Gently spread the protein mass over the set yolks. Fry over low heat for 10-15 minutes without covering the pan with a lid.

Gently transfer the finished omelet to a plate. Roll in half, yolk out. You can cut the omelet if necessary.

  • 15 g green onions.

Cut the ham into small pieces and place in a greased ceramic bowl.

Break the eggs, salt and pepper, beat with a mixer until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham. Cover the ceramic bowl with a plate and microwave for four minutes. Sprinkle the cooked casserole with chopped green onions.
