Does a tired wife need a bouquet of flowers: how we almost got divorced, but came to our senses in time

I want to share an instructive story for many couples. One morning I made coffee for myself and my husband, and for the children porridge. I asked my husband to pick up the youngest child from school that day after the prolongation, because my friends invited me to a cafe to sit and chat. He did not give a definite answer, but after a while he said that he would go to a friend's garage today, and I would have to pick up the child.

The day at the office flew by very quickly. Urgent matters piled up, I didn't even have time to finish a lot of things and left them at home. I walked back with a child in one hand and documents in the other.

At home, unwashed dishes, left over from the morning, were waiting again, and the son immediately threw his clothes on the floor. Had to do a little cleaning before preparing dinner.

In the evening, as usual, I checked my homework, then put the younger one to bed while the older one played the computer, pretending to be busy with lessons. I asked my daughter to free the computer for me so that I could finish working with contracts.

At this time, my husband returned and asked from the doorway if I would pour him some soup. I didn't pay attention because I was too busy.

The first notes of anger I felt when my husband could not find food in the kitchen and began to ask where she was. I went up to him, about to scream, but then he pulled out flowers from behind. Says: "It's just for you."

I started with dishes and children who rarely spend time with their dad, and ended up meeting with friends in the garage every other day, and I haven't been able to get out to my friends for a month. My displeasure upset him very much, and in the end it completely offended him.

He was very surprised that in response to the flowers I gave him a tantrum. “I decided to do something nice, and instead of gratitude - a scandal, and what do women need? - my faithful was indignant - It is not surprising that there are so many divorces in the country."

Then we both flared up, exchanged a couple of phrases about who was the first to leave whom and fell silent. The silence was broken by my husband's request to say what I really want and what the flowers did not please.

To wash the dishes in the morning, because I have a lot of worries, and it will be much better for me if household chores are divided between us.

My husband thought that I like to study with children, and cook, and clean. And he's right, but if I'm not tired like a horse. Helping around the house in such a situation is much more pleasant than a bouquet of flowers.

We made up, promised to help.

I put the bouquet in a vase. If it were not for him, it is not known when she would have expressed to him everything that hurt.
