This is something that is in great demand and popularity, because not one holiday is complete without tea drinking. And what is usually served with tea? Precisely, something baked and sweet! In addition, the recipe for sweet pastries, which I want to present to you today, migrated to me from my grandmother's culinary notebook.
I understand and agree with you that the definition of "sweet pastries" is a very broad concept, and a lot of recipes will fit this definition. But you can see for yourself what is shown in the photo. These are clearly not pies and buns, and you can't attribute this to pancakes either.
Therefore, we leave everything as it is, you can only add: sweet pastries in the form of flowers. Such beauty can be made for home tea, and for kindergarten and school, for children. And how your colleagues at work will be surprised at your culinary skills!

Ingredients
For these colors you will need:
- 4 eggs, - 1 cup of sugar, - 1 glass of flour, - sweet straws - 4 pieces (break it in two places, you get 12 smaller sticks), - icing sugar, - vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet when baking.

Step 1. Beat eggs with a blender (you can use a mixer or manually).
Step 2. Mix sugar into the eggs.

I do not recommend pouring more than six pieces, because when you take them out of the oven, the finished petals will quickly cool down and will no longer stick
