New Year's Eve in my house never goes by without Olivier and Mimosa, adored since childhood. However, these dishes are very high in calories and hearty, in which mayonnaise dressing plays an important role. Therefore, in order not to overload the body, but at the same time not to sit over an empty plate, I always put 2-3 salads on the table without mayonnaise.
Tuna and Bean Salad
If earlier I always preferred canned mackerel, then in recent years, tuna without added oil has become my favorite. Tasty fish goes well with many foods and does not load the body with extra calories.
Ingredients:
- 450 g green beans;
- 240 g canned beans;
- 160 g canned tuna;
- 70 g canned corn;
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation:

Boil the frozen green beans for 7-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Throw the beans on a sieve, rinse with ice water and leave for 5-10 minutes.
You can use frozen or fresh green beans for salad preparation.

Open the cans of beans and corn and drain. Rinse the beans. Chop the parsley finely with a knife.
Rinse the beans before adding them to the rest of the ingredients.

Drain the tuna can and mash the fish with a fork.

Place all food on a work bench and prepare a large mixing bowl.
Even individually, the ingredients of the salad look very appetizing.

Smoked chicken breast and chickpea salad
The amazing combination of tender and aromatic chicken meat with canned chickpeas did not leave indifferent any of those who tried it in my house.
Ingredients:
- 600-650 g of smoked chicken breast;
- 250 g canned chickpeas;
- 150 g carrots;
- 100 g of onions;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1/2 bunch of fresh dill;
- 1/2 lemon;
- 30 ml olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil;
- 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation:

Throw the chickpeas on a sieve, rinse, leave to glass the liquid.
To get rid of excess liquid and not spoil the salad, after washing, leave the chickpeas in a sieve for 10-15 minutes

Transfer the chickpeas to a large saucepan or other container.

Cut the smoked chicken breast into thick strips and transfer to the chickpeas.

Cut the onion into half rings or quarters. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in sunflower oil until soft, transfer to a saucepan with chickpeas and chicken.
Once the vegetables are tender, they can be removed from the stove and added to the rest of the ingredients.

Use a small saucepan or stewpan to prepare the sugar syrup.

Squeeze 8 tbsp from the lime. l. juice. Add chili peppers, soy sauce, 4 tbsp. l. sugar syrup.
Due to hot pepper and lime juice, the salad dressing is very spicy
