  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley;
  • salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the frozen green beans for 7-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Throw the beans on a sieve, rinse with ice water and leave for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Open the cans of beans and corn and drain. Rinse the beans. Chop the parsley finely with a knife.

Ingredients:

  • 600-650 g of smoked chicken breast;
  • 250 g canned chickpeas;
  • 150 g carrots;
  • 100 g of onions;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh dill;
  • 1/2 lemon;
  • 30 ml olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil;
  • 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
  • salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Throw the chickpeas on a sieve, rinse, leave to glass the liquid.
