I discovered Chinese cabbage after I really wanted to try to cook the Korean dish kimchi. In the photo in the magazine with the recipe, the food looked incredibly appetizing, so I immediately went to the store. I was lucky because there were pre-holiday discounts in the supermarket that day, and the coveted product, which already has an affordable price, is worth mere pennies. Most of the vegetable I bought was used to make kimchi, and from the remaining heads of cabbage I cooked various salads for a whole week. Am I tired of it? Surprisingly, no. Adding new ingredients each time, I managed to enrich myself with a dozen excellent recipes that absolutely everyone who has tried them will like.
Chinese cabbage salad with carrots and apple
The salad made according to the following recipe can be offered to everyone, including vegetarians, people on a fast, or on a weight loss diet.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 1 sour apple;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 sprigs of parsley;
- 2 sprigs of dill;
- 2 stalks of green onions;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 3 tsp lemon juice;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:

- 2 tomatoes;
- 40 g of vegetable oil;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
