The first experiment, after which I fell in love with this pastry once and for all, was a cabbage pie. The only thing that I did not know some of the nuances and the filling turned out to be a little harsh. Therefore, I advise novice cooks to use young cabbage or pre-stew the vegetable until soft.
Ingredients:
- 280 g flour;
- 200 ml of kefir;
- 200 ml sour cream;
- 5 eggs;
- 1.5 tsp. baking powder;
- 180 g butter;
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 450 g of cabbage;
- 1/3 bunch of green onions;
- spices and seasonings to taste.

Mix 160 g of melted butter with kefir, sour cream, sugar and salt.
Melt and cool the butter before making the dough.
