I tried chicken roll in a bottle with gelatin for the first time almost 10 years ago, while visiting my childhood friend. The usual tea drinking turned into a mini-holiday, because the sandwiches with this culinary miracle, decorated with slices of fresh tomatoes and juicy greens, looked incredibly appetizing, and their taste completely overwhelmed them.

Ingredients:

• 1 kg of chicken fillet;
• 2 cloves of garlic;
• 100 g of walnut kernels;
• 1 tbsp. l. instant gelatin;
• 1/2 tsp salt;
• ground black pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Prepare food.

   

   For a delicious dish, you need chicken meat, gelatin and a few more simple ingredients.

2. Wash the large plastic bottle, dry, cut off the top.

3. Cut boneless and cartilageless chicken into small pieces, transfer to a thick-walled pan, cover and simmer until cooked 40 minutes.

4. Coarsely chop the nuts with a knife or break into small pieces with your hands.

5. Pass the peeled garlic through a press or chop with a fine grater.

6. Pour gelatin into a small container, mix it with 1 tbsp. l. liquid that appeared in the process of stewing chicken meat. Stir the ingredients thoroughly until the gelatin crystals are completely dissolved.

   

   To speed up the process, it is recommended to use instant gelatin

7. Place the finished meat in a large container along with the broth from the pan, add garlic, nuts, walnuts, salt and black pepper to taste. If the broth is small, dilute it with a small amount of boiled water.

   

   The amount of black pepper in a dish depends on your taste preferences.

8. Transfer the resulting mass to the previously prepared form from the bottle.

9. Let the mixture cool, cover the bottle with cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

10. When the gelatin has completely solidified, carefully remove the roll from the bottle by cutting it.
