Secondly, this salad turns out to be very tasty and uniquely aromatic. Well, thirdly, we all know that there are not so many sprats in one jar, but everyone wants to eat the product, therefore, if there is no opportunity to purchase your favorite food for numerous guests in the required quantity, the problem can be solved by preparing one of the wonderful salads from our selection today.
Step-by-step sprat salad recipes
For the first time I tried a salad with sprats while visiting relatives. Previously, I never thought that this fish can be used for something other than sandwiches. As it turned out, it is possible and necessary! Sprats not only go well with many other products, but also give each dish a wonderful aroma that cannot be confused with anything. The craving for experimentation has led to the fact that now I myself know far more than one recipe for a salad with canned fish. Here are some of them.
Sprat salad with fresh cucumber, croutons and canned corn
A quick and tasty salad that will help out in the event of unexpectedly visiting friends or just delight you when you want to pamper yourself with something delicious.
Ingredients:
- 150 g sprat;
- 50 g white bread croutons;
- 100 g of fresh cucumbers;
- 150 g canned corn;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 50 g mayonnaise;
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:

Put the croutons in a bowl or deep plate, pour oil from a jar of sprats, mix and leave for 10 minutes.

In a separate container, mash the fish with a fork.
Grind the sprats
- Throw the required amount of corn in a colander to glass the liquid.
- Grate a piece of hard cheese on a coarse or medium grater.

Puff salad with sprats, potatoes and pickles

Ingredients:
- 240 g sprat;
- 4 boiled potatoes;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 1 head of onion;
- 2-3 pickles;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 80–90 g of mayonnaise;
- green onions for decoration.

- Mash the sprats with a fork.

An original dish made from several simple products that definitely deserves the attention of all food lovers.
Ingredients:
- 80 g sprat;
- 4 tbsp. l. canned beans;
- 1 boiled beet;
- 1/2 blue onion;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- a sprig of fresh dill.
Preparation:
- Rinse and dry canned beans.
- Cut the onions and beets into small cubes.
- Put the sprats in a colander and, when the oil drains, break them into small pieces with a fork.

Place all ingredients in a bowl.

- 1 lemon;
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley

Finely chop the sprats with a knife or mash with a fork. Drain the oil in a separate container, so later it will be needed for refueling.

Using a small diameter round shape with high sides, shape the salad by placing the prepared foods in the following order: carrots, cucumber, potatoes, sprats, peas.

- Pour oil from a jar of sprats and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the salad, leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that all layers are well saturated.

Remove the mold, sprinkle the food with finely chopped parsley.
