Simple okroshka on kefir: a basic recipe
Usually okroshka is prepared from what is at hand. After all, we do not have much time, but we need to feed the whole company. Therefore, now let's go the simple way and take the available products:
- 1 liter of kefir with a fat content of 1%;
- 300-400 ml of carbonated mineral water;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 2 medium-sized cucumbers;
- 6 radishes;
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 1 bunch of dill;
- 1–2 tsp mustard;

- 500 ml of kefir.
Cooking process:
- The chicken must be skinless. Cut it into small cubes, like an egg with radishes. Chop the peeled shrimp. Chop the dill and onion. It is advisable to remove the peel from the cucumber before slicing.
- Place prepared foods in a deep bowl. Add kefir, and while stirring, pour in a little cold boiled water. Put okroshka in the refrigerator for half an hour. After that, you can serve.
Salting okroshka is not necessary, because the Ducan diet involves an almost complete rejection of salt.

- 0.5 l of kefir;
- 200 g bell pepper;
- 100 g of tomatoes;
- 100 g cucumbers;
- 2 eggs;
- 2-3 lettuce leaves;
- 80 g mayonnaise;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- ½ lemon for juice;
- ½ tbsp. l. salt;
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper;

- Wash and peel the peppers, cut them into small pieces. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce as well.
