Squatting is a natural and comfortable posture that men often take in the process of solving any practical problems or just during rest. But the habit of squatting can lead to unpleasant health consequences. Experts explain why men cannot often be in this position.
Medical contraindications
The restriction primarily applies to people with the following health problems:
- chronic heart disease;
- phlebeurysm;
- hemorrhoids;
- high blood pressure.
It is not recommended to abuse this position and healthy men. Bending the knees pinches the blood vessels in the lower extremities, which leads to poor circulation. As a result, the person squatting begins to feel heaviness in the legs. After assuming an upright position, unpleasant sensations persist for several more minutes.
The heart constantly experiences additional stress due to deterioration of blood flow at the site of vascular compression. Men who are often in this position can face cardiovascular diseases over time. Also, due to the increased load on the pelvic region, hemorrhoids develop over time.
Etiquette standards
The natural desire to squat in modern society is often assessed from a negative point of view, since people assume this position during defecation. People around involuntarily perceive a person sitting in a similar way as an uncultured and ill-mannered individual.
When men sit like this, their genitals protrude outward. And when the trousers are low, those around them additionally see the upper part of the buttocks and the man's underwear.
Other reasons
In this position, it is easy to harm clothes, since trousers or jeans may not withstand the tension in the knee area and simply come apart at the seams. Also, shoes deteriorate, which very quickly acquire ugly creases from squatting lovers.
After eating, taking this position is especially not recommended for men whose trousers are tightly fastened at the waist. Strong pressure in this area can lead to discomfort in the abdomen.
Anyone can sometimes allow themselves to squat down to perform some action. But you should not abuse this position, especially if you have health problems.
