In one of my articles, I have already talked about my love for mackerel. Affordable, very tasty and healthy fish is my favorite and a frequent guest on the table. Marinated mackerel, baked in the oven and on a barbecue, soup and cutlets from a sea dweller canned in oil - all these dishes do not disappear from the menu of our family. If we talk specifically about baking fish in the oven, now I can boast of knowing about 10 different ways of this process. However, today I will tell you about the simplest version with which I started.

  6. Place the fish in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for 1–2 hours, or better yet, overnight.
  7. Before baking, remove the food from the refrigerator and let it warm up at room temperature for half an hour.
