Even if you have no other products besides fish at home, you can still cope with preparing a delicious and satisfying dinner. For this simple dish, you will need:
- 1 cod;
- ¼ a bunch of parsley;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper, fish seasoning, dry aromatic herbs - to taste.
Be sure to use herbs when baking fish in your sleeve. They give an incredible aroma that will soar in the kitchen for a long time. It's also perfect for those who don't like the smell of fish, even baked fish. You can buy ready-made preparations in the store - Provencal, Italian herbs. But I like to use thyme, mint, lemon balm and anise for fish. You can individually or all together, or you can alternate in different ways. Well, such as dill, parsley, basil, probably grow in your garden and are harvested for the winter. They must be used!

If you have whole frozen cod, be sure to let it thaw, but not completely. Cut off the head, gut the carcass, remove the tail with fins. Peel off the scales, rinse the fish thoroughly and cut into portions.

Combine salt, pepper and all selected spices with herbs. In this mixture, roll each piece of fish well on all sides. Place all the pieces in a suitable bowl, close the lid tightly and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 5-8 hours.

When the fish is marinated, fold the pieces into a sleeve, lightly drizzle with vegetable oil. It is desirable that it be refined, odorless.
