Ingredients

This recipe includes the following components:

  • one loaf;
  • 100 g of semi-smoked sausages (boiled, sausages);
  • 1 PC. sweet bell pepper;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 PC. onions;
  • 3 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • one tomato;
  • 3 tbsp. l. ketchup;
  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 40 g butter.

The ingredients can be changed in accordance with your preferences: do not put something or replace with another product. You just need to remember that you cannot do without the main three components - a loaf, sausage and cheese in making pizza.

How to cook

First you need to carry out preparatory procedures:

  • onions should be peeled, washed, chopped with a knife;
  • boil two eggs hard-boiled in salted water (it is easier to remove the shell), cool, peel, chop finely;
  • Wash sweet peppers and tomatoes, remove seeds, stalk from pepper, cut vegetables into small pieces;
  • finely chop the sausage;
  • pass the cheese through a coarse grater;
  • Break the remaining raw egg into a bowl, add sour cream and beat the mixture, then put it in the prepared filling.

Salt the resulting mass, pepper, if necessary, mix until smooth. You get a thick filling.

Next, the pizza is prepared in steps:

  1. Cut the loaf into slices 1 to 2 cm thick or take ready-made (chopped) bread.
  2. Brush each piece with a thin layer of slightly melted butter.
  3. Place the loaf slices in a skillet with the oil side down.
  4. Brush the top of the loaf with ketchup.
  5. Spoon the filling over each slice with a tablespoon.
  6. Place the skillet on the stove on low heat.
  7. Close it with a lid and cook the dish for 7-10 minutes.

The loaf pizza is ready.

  • 350 g of hard cheese;
  • 200 g smoked sausage;
  • 12-15 olives;
  • spices (Italian herbs) - to taste;
  • 60 g butter;
  • olive oil.

How to cook

Preparation of the filling:

  • remove the tomatoes from the jar, wipe dry with a paper towel, cut;
  • with your hands, divide the mozzarella into separate pieces;
  • chop the sausage thinly and finely;
  • cheese should be grated on a coarse grater;
  • remove pits from olives and divide into pieces.

The step-by-step cooking process looks like this:

  1. Cut the loaf into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
  2. Fry the loaf slices on one side in butter over low heat.
  3. Turn the bread pieces over and add more butter (if necessary). Apply 3-4 drops of olive oil to each slice.
  4. Put the prepared filling on the loaf in the following sequence:
  • sausage pieces;
  • mozzarella;
  • smoked tomatoes;
  • Italian herbs;
  • olives;
  • a slide of grated hard cheese.

Cover the pan with a lid. When the cheese on the surface of the pizza is completely melted, it is ready.
