Ingredients:
- bread - 1 slice;
- fresh strawberries - 50 g;
- curd cheese - 50 g;
- basil - 1 sprig.
Cooking method:
First, wash the berries and pull off the green tails.
Then cut the strawberries into slices.
Now all that remains is to spread the curd cheese, and put the chopped berries and a couple of basil leaves on top.
The chunk can be pre-roasted in a toaster or skillet for a richer and richer flavor.
Toast with avocado and egg
Ingredients:
- bread - 2 slices;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- avocado - 1 piece;
- lemon juice - 1 tsp;
- salt to taste;

- tomatoes - 1 piece;
- mozzarella cheese - 50 g;
- basil - 1 bunch;
- vegetable oil (olive) - to taste;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
Before you start collecting the sandwiches, you need to fry the baked goods in a dry skillet on one side.
Now prepare the rest of the ingredients: cut the tomatoes into slices, finely chop the basil and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
