Well, what about without additional ingredients? No dessert is complete without spices. You can add cinnamon, vanilla, star anise, aromatic herbs to jam, and also combine tangerines with other fruits and even vegetables, such as pumpkin. Believe me, it will turn out very tasty!

You know citrus fruits are great with spices, right? We suggest that you prepare a dessert of tangerine slices by adding cinnamon, star anise, vanilla and even a little cognac to it. Sweetness, astringency and subtle aroma will fill your evening when you open a jar of such jam!
You will need:
- tangerines - 1 kg;
- sugar - 500 g;
- cinnamon - 1 stick;
- vanilla sugar - 2 tsp (or 1 vanilla stick);

- tangerine peels - 350 g;
- sugar - 450 g;
- water - 1 l;
- citric acid - 0.5 tsp;
