The idea of making chicken pate came up spontaneously in my head. It so happened that after one festive feast there was a lot of food, including half of the chicken baked in the oven. I remembered that one of my friends was bragging about the recipe for a snack, which she often makes from the meat left after dinner, and decided to finally try it. The pate turned out to be very tasty and disappeared from the table instantly. Over time, I began to experiment with the ingredients of the dish, as a result of which I have in stock a rather large list of different cooking methods. Today I want to share with you the most original of them.
Chicken pate with onions and carrots
A simple recipe from ingredients available to all. An appetizer can be prepared by stewing vegetables in a slow cooker or using a regular frying pan, a thick-walled pan, or a cauldron.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of boiled chicken fillet;
- 300 g of onions;
- 300 g carrots;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 50 g of walnuts;
- 1 tsp refined sunflower oil;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- a mixture of peppers to taste.

- 225 g of champignons;
- 2 eggs;
- 60 ml heavy cream;
- 1 tbsp. l. butter;
- 25 g bread crumbs;
- zest of one orange;
- salt and black pepper to taste.

- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 1 head of onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 5 g gelatin;
- 5 black peppercorns;
- 1-2 bay leaves;
- 1/2 tsp salt.

Rinse the chicken leg under running water, put it in a multicooker bowl or pots. Pour water over the meat, add peeled garlic cloves and onions, bay leaves, black peppercorns and salt.
