  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1/2 head of onion;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp turmeric;
  • 1/2 tsp ground hot pepper;
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg;
  • 1–2 tsp salt;
  • fresh herbs;
  • vegetable oil.

  1. Soak peas in water and let sit for 1-2 hours.

  3. Cut the potatoes into small slices or medium-sized cubes, place in a bowl of cold water.
