  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 2-3 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 0.5 cups flour;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will it take for frying.

Of course, besides pepper, you can add any seasonings you want. This will only make the meatballs tastier.

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken fillet on paper towels. Pour lemon juice over and marinate for about an hour.

  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 4–5 large champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 7-8 slices of uncooked smoked sausage;
  • 70 g of Dutch cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • salt, spices to taste.

  • 500 g fillet on the bone;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g flour;
  • 50 ml of sunflower oil;
  • ½ tsp. salt.

For the sauce, take:

  • 250 ml chicken broth;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream 25%;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 0.5 tsp mixture of peppers;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 sprigs of fresh dill;
  • ½ tsp. oregano;
  • ½ tsp. salt.

  1. Separate the fillet from the bone. Cook the bone and skin broth. Cut the fillet itself into several layers, beat each of them with a hammer in cling film. Roll the meat in flour on all sides.
  2. Whisk eggs and salt in a bowl until foamy. Dip the meat and flour again. Place in a skillet with hot oil and fry for 1 minute on each side.
  3. Now prepare the sauce. Heat a saucepan, melt the butter in it and fry the chopped garlic in it for 1 minute. Pour in oregano, add broth and sour cream. While stirring, wait until boiling and add the chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Place the chops on a foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle with sour cream sauce and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
