Why exactly on parchment? In principle, you can do with a bare baking sheet, well oiled, but then the potato wedges will turn out to be greasy, and they should be dry. Foil can be used, but in my experience pieces of foil often stick to food despite the oil. It is impossible without fat at all: the potatoes will burn to the baking sheet. The culinary sleeve is not at all suitable for our version, in it the potatoes are stewed, and not baked to the crust. Experimentally, I found out that parchment is ideal for baking almost any product. It needs to be oiled a little, or it is not necessary at all. A couple of times I just forgot about the oil, and the potatoes did not stick to the leaf.

- vegetable oil;
- garlic;
- thyme;
- salt and pepper.
But there can be many options, and you can add any seasonings, meat, mushrooms, cheese. And ready-made potatoes are usually served with your favorite sauces.

We are used to the fact that only fried potatoes can have a crust, and in this case, the benefits of the product are greatly reduced. But thanks to baking in the oven, these slices remain just as healthy and tasty.

You will need:
- 800 g potatoes;
- 4 sprigs of thyme;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil;

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into equal slices, into 4 pieces.

- ½ lemon;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- a pinch of paprika;
- 100 g feta cheese;
- a handful of cherry tomatoes;
- 1 small cucumber;
- a handful of olives, better than kalamata;
- a few sprigs of dill.
Cooking process.
- Rinse the potatoes thoroughly. You do not need to clean it. Cut into thin slices.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment, spread the wedges with the skin down. Sprinkle them with oil on top. Season with salt, oregano, garlic and pepper, stir. You can do this in a bowl and lay out the prepared potatoes in a baking sheet.
- The oven must be preheated to 190 ° C. Place a baking sheet with potatoes in it.
- While the slices are baking, start making the sauce: add lemon juice, yogurt, paprika and finely chopped parsley to one container, stirring, so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
- Remove the cooked potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle it with feta slices, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, olive slices, chopped dill. Yoghurt sauce can be added on top or served separately.

Take these products:
- 3 large potatoes;
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
