Traditional Korean Carrot Recipe
This recipe contains a classic ingredient - Korean carrots. It gives the dish a spicy taste and juiciness.
Korean-style carrots can be bought ready-made, as long as they are not too salty
Products:
- 300 g smoked chicken breast;
- 250 g fresh champignons;
- 2 onions;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 250 g of Korean carrots;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 250 g mayonnaise;
- 50 ml of table vinegar;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- 1 tsp salt.
Recipe:

Separate the chicken breast from the bones and cut into cubes.
Chicken breast cubes can be large enough to give the salad a special texture

Rinse the mushrooms.
Make sure to thoroughly wash away dirt and dirt from the mushrooms

Dry and chop into small cubes.

Chop the onions.
Chop the onion finely, its pieces should not be too noticeable in the finished dish

I started preparing the "Men's Tears" salad quite recently. Prior to that, I only added pickled onions to herring under a fur coat and occasionally to Mimosa. This salad pleasantly surprised the whole family, especially the husband. The marinated spicy onion crunches appetizingly and creates new flavors. Best of all, our family has got accustomed to the recipe in which there are Korean-style carrots and fried mushrooms. The combination itself is a good one, but together with onions and smoked chicken breast it turns into a delicacy.

Salad with beef and pickled cucumbers
Those who are not very fond of Korean-style spicy carrots can replace them with spicy pickled gherkins. In this recipe, beef would be appropriate, not chicken.
Beef brisket has significant nutritional value, and cooking does not take long
Products:
- 800 g brisket;
- 8 pickled gherkins;
- 3 onions;
- 3 eggs;
- 150 g of cheese;
- 250 g mayonnaise;
- 100 ml of apple cider vinegar;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped greens;
- 1/2 tsp Sahara;
- 1/2 tsp black pepper;
- 1 tsp salt.
Recipe:

Boil the brisket in 2-3 liters of water with the addition of salt and bay leaf. Cooking time - 1.5 hours from the moment of boiling.
For juicier meat, immerse the brisket in boiling water

Leave the meat to cool in the broth, then remove and cut into thin strips.
By cooling in the broth, the meat will retain its juiciness and it will be easy to cut it for salad

Cut the onion into half rings.
You will need a sharp knife to thinly chop onions.

Combine water, vinegar, black pepper and sugar.
Let the sugar dissolve in the marinade

Chop the herbs finely.
Always take fresh herbs, dried will not give the desired aroma

To speed up the process, pickled onions can be refrigerated, then they will be ready in 20 minutes
