Fragrant smoked chicken and juicy Korean-style carrots are one of those delicious duos that haunt many chefs. Tender chicken meat and crispy spicy vegetable complement each other perfectly and also go well with many other foods. Today I will tell you about one of the simplest options for this delicious dish.
Step-by-step recipe for smoked chicken and Korean carrot salad
I first tried this salad when I was a teenager. As visiting first-year students, we still did not know how to manage money, so we often skipped it in the first weeks after arriving from our parents' house, and the rest of the days we ate the simplest and cheapest foods. In one of these periods, I was invited to my birthday by a classmate - a local girl who lived with her parents and did not know student problems with nutrition. It was then that I met a delicious salad of tender chicken and juicy vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 150 g smoked chicken meat;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- 100 g of Korean carrots;
- 50 g croutons;
- mayonnaise for dressing.
Cooking steps:

Prepare the chicken. Any part of the carcass can be used for the salad.
