  • icing sugar for dusting.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare food. Remove the kefir and milk from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking so that they warm to room temperature.

  2. Sift flour 2-3 times, mix with baking soda, sugar and salt.
  3. Beat the egg into the mixture.
