Yoka is a traditional Caucasian appetizer made from cheese and thin lavash. For its preparation, take quality cheese that melts well.
Products for 2 servings:
- 2 sheets of thin pita bread;
- 10 g of hard cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 bunches of fresh herbs (green onions, parsley, dill);
- 20 g butter;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
