• 150 gr prunes;
• 50 grams of walnuts;
• 2 cloves of garlic;
• mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.

Grate the beets, cut the prunes into strips, chop the nuts finely, combine everything, squeeze out the garlic, season everything with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Cheese platter

2020 is a reason to eat more cheese, try different new varieties, because the Rat loves this delicacy very much. On the New Year's table, put a cheese plate with various types of food. You can decorate with olives, lemon and herbs.
