- 150 ml. water.

Ingredients (5 servings):
- sausage (salami, cervelat, chorizo or other raw smoked sausage) - 150 g;
- tomatoes - 270g.;
- basil (to taste).
Preparation:
- fry the sausage in vegetable oil, add the tomatoes and evaporate until a thick sauce consistency, stirring constantly;
- add basil and simmer for a few more minutes;
- distribute the tartlets into shapes;
- place the filling in them and cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees;
- sprinkle with basil on top before serving.
Tartlets with cod liver and cheese
This appetizer is served exclusively as a cold dish, as cod liver gives off an unpleasant flavor when cooked.
Ingredients (for 5 servings):
- cod liver (180 g. in the form of canned food);
- grated processed cheese (100g.);
- fresh cucumber (150g.);
- mayonnaise (100g.).
Preparation:
- Prepare 5 tartlets according to the standard recipe;
- cool them in the refrigerator;
- mix together the grated processed cheese, finely chopped cucumber, cod liver and mayonnaise;
- place them in molds;
- let it brew in the refrigerator for 15 minutes;
