Dinner for a lazy hostess: I always cook like this and do not need to wash dishes from fat

At one time, because of an emergency at work, I was constantly staying late. Coming home, I had neither the time nor the energy to cook a full dinner. I didn't want to feed my relatives with semi-finished products and fast food. And then I discovered some great recipes for dishes in a roasting sleeve. They require a minimum of time and do not leave behind a mountain of dishes, but at the same time they turn out to be very tasty and look so that you can even serve on a festive table.

All you need to do is prepare the food, fold it up your sleeve, bake it until tender, and enjoy a delicious dinner. So, I share my findings.

Chicken with vegetables in the sleeve

The cabbage in this dish is soaked in meat juice, and the chicken meat is so soft that it easily leaves the bone. Recipe consumption is based on three servings for adults.

Ingredients:

  • chicken - 500 g;
  • cabbage - 1/4 head of cabbage;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the chicken: wash, dry and cut into medium sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, set aside. You can also initially take parts of the chicken, such as drumsticks.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Grate or cut carrots into cubes.
  4. Chop the cabbage.
  5. Combine all vegetables, salt and pepper. Transfer the chicken to the vegetables and mix everything.
  6. Now place everything in a roasting sleeve, secure the ends and place on a baking sheet. Make several small holes on top with a knife for steam to escape. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 180 ° C and bake until tender for 30 minutes.

Meat with potatoes in the sleeve

A classic recipe in which the meat is very juicy and literally melts in your mouth. I usually use pork, but any other meat will work as well. Food consumption is calculated for 4-5 adult portions.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 500 g;
  • potatoes - 700 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the meat, dry and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
  3. Cut the onion into rings or half rings.
  4. Combine meat, potatoes and onions in a separate bowl. Season with salt, pepper, add mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Place everything in a baking sleeve, secure the ends and puncture with a knife in several places. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 60-90 minutes at 180 ° C.

Buckwheat in this dish turns out to be very juicy and crumbly, saturated with the aroma of vegetables and mushrooms. From this amount of products, about 5 adult servings are obtained.

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 1 glass;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • salt to taste;
  • water - 400 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the onion into rings.
  2. Grate or cut carrots into cubes.
  3. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
  4. Mix the pre-washed buckwheat with vegetables and mushrooms, place everything in a baking bag, salt and pour 1.5 cups of hot water.
  5. Place the roasting sleeve on a baking sheet and bake the dish in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

Now these dishes will become your lifesaver when there is no time or just too lazy to cook. Or, as a last resort, if guests arrive without warning and are taken by surprise.
