5 recipes made me a cake master, although I can't bake

I love homemade cakes, but my relationship with the oven somehow went wrong - all attempts to bake something end in fiasco. But I found a way out and gradually accumulated a whole selection of very tasty desserts that do not require baking, which are admired by everyone who tries.

Banana cheesecake

One of my favorite treats is banana cheesecake - light, airy, with a delicate fruit aroma. To prepare it, we need:

  • two bananas;
  • 400 g of cottage cheese (the fatter, the tastier);
  • 100 ml of filtered or boiled water;
  • 10 g of instant gelatin;
  • 150 ml of natural yogurt;
  • 100 g melted butter;
  • 200 g of shortbread cookies;
  • 4 flat tablespoons of granulated sugar.

Finely grind the cookies in a blender or roll them with a rolling pin. Add melted butter to the crumbs and mix everything well. The base for the cake is almost ready. It remains only to tamp it with an even layer along the bottom of the form (preferably detachable) and make low sides. We send everything to the refrigerator for solidification.

In a separate glass, mix gelatin with water and leave to swell. In the meantime, grind and mix cottage cheese, bananas, yogurt and sugar with a blender.

We slightly warm the gelatin over a fire or a water bath until it completely dissolves, and pour it into the banana-curd mass. We mix everything, pour it onto the base of cookies and send it to the cold. I usually put the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.

Napoleon

Unchanging classics of the genre among cakes. Perhaps, everyone, without exception, loves this dessert. However, not everyone is ready to spend several hours baking many cakes. For those who don't want to mess with the oven, I recommend the following recipe:

  • 400 g of fresh (required!) Puff Ears;
  • 600 ml of milk;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of flour and granulated sugar;
  • some vanillin or vanilla sugar.

Making the custard takes the most time, but it will take no more than 10 minutes. Everything is prepared very simply. It's just a fairy tale for me.

In a bowl, combine eggs, flour and granulated sugar until smooth. We heat the milk well on the stove, but do not boil it. Add the egg mixture to it in a thin stream, while we do not stop stirring the contents of the saucepan. Stir until the cream begins to thicken, not boiling. After thickening, remove the mass from the stove and add butter and vanilla sugar to it.

When the cream has cooled down a bit, proceed to assembling the cake. Put a layer of cookies on the bottom of the mold and pour it abundantly with cream. Repeat until all the cookies run out, leaving a few to decorate. "Ears" are best taken fresh and crispy, then they will be soaked properly and the cake will turn out to be simply amazing.

Grind the remaining cookies and decorate the top of the cake with them. We send "Napoleon" to the refrigerator overnight so that it is well saturated.

Home Bounty

Another not difficult, but very tasty delicacy that does not require baking. The roll is very easy to prepare and tastes like the bar of the same name.

Products needed for cooking:

  • 300 g of shortbread cookies;
  • half a glass of granulated sugar;
  • 3 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • half a glass of boiling water;
  • 150 g butter at room temperature;
  • 100 g icing sugar;
  • 40 g coconut flakes.

Fill the sugar with boiling water and mix well until completely dissolved. We leave to cool. Grind the cookies into small crumbs. Add cocoa to it, mix. Pour the cooled syrup there and knead the smooth dough.

Let's move on to preparing the cream. Combine coconut flakes, warm butter and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.

Now we cover the working surface with cling film and spread the dough on it, which needs to be rolled out as thinly as possible, 3-4 mm in thickness. We spread the dough with cream, gently roll it into a roll, and then into cling film and put it in the freezer for 40 minutes. After the allotted time we take it out, cut it into slices and enjoy a delicious dessert.

Strawberry yoghurt

An unmatched solution for all strawberry lovers. Cooking takes very little time, and the dessert looks gorgeous, such a cake can decorate any table.

Required products:

  • half a kilo of fresh strawberries;
  • 1 liter strawberry yogurt;
  • half a kilo of shortbread cookies;
  • 200 ml of milk;
  • 30 g of gelatin.

Mix water and gelatin in a 6: 1 ratio and leave to swell.

Grind the cookies into crumbs and gradually pour milk into it. You should get the consistency of a dense, homogeneous dough. You may need a little less or more milk, because everyone has different cookies.

Spread the dough in an even layer on the bottom of the mold and put the washed strawberries without tails on it. It turns out very beautifully, if all the berries are "planted" on the bottom, then the pieces of the cake when cut will look simply gorgeous.

Warm up the gelatin until the grains are completely dissolved and send them to yogurt. Fill our dough with strawberries with this mixture and put in the refrigerator until it hardens.

If desired, the finished cake can be decorated with the remaining berries. The dessert turns out to be very tender, and if you replace the shortbread with fitness cookies, then it will suit even those who follow a diet.

Anthill in 10 minutes

But the next cake for supporters of proper nutrition is not at all suitable - it is intended for lovers of sweets. A delicacy is prepared in a matter of minutes and it turns out to be unrealistically tasty.

We need:

  • 600 g of Baked Milk cookies;
  • 500 g of condensed milk;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • some chocolate or powdered sugar to decorate the cake.

Break the cookies into small pieces. Combine condensed milk, sour cream and butter in a bowl, add cookies. We spread the resulting mass on a beautiful dish and give the appearance of an anthill cone. This completes the preparation of the masterpiece.

If desired, sprinkle with chocolate or powdered sugar on top. I usually let the cake soak for at least an hour.
