The dish is prepared in the following sequence:

  1. Potatoes with skin and pork tongue are boiled in salted water.
  2. The potatoes are peeled and cut into small cubes.
  3. The boiled tongue is cut into small squares and mixed with potatoes in a salad bowl. It is important to remove the skin from the tongue before cutting.
  4. Finely chopped cucumber is added to the total container.
  5. Peel the onions, chop finely and send them to the rest of the products.

  3. The peeled apple is also chopped on a coarse grater. To avoid darkening of the pulp, it is worth sprinkling the fruit with lemon juice.
  4. The garlic is passed through a press and mixed with mayonnaise.
  5. Boil the breast, cut into small cubes and mix with mayonnaise sauce.
  6. All ingredients are stacked on a flat dish in layers like a herringbone. First, half the volume of the chicken is laid, then the apple, protein, carrots, chicken yolks. The final layer is chicken.
