During the winter holidays, houses are filled with the smell of fresh spruce needles, tangerines and gingerbread. The process of creating this pastry is so interesting that adults and children are happy to participate in it. Step-by-step gingerbread recipe
Over the past few years, I really wanted to finally make gingerbread. But everyday chores did not leave me time to do it. Last year, a miracle finally happened. Already in October, I received the holiday-themed molds ordered in the online store, and my daughter and I began to patiently wait for the holiday. On the eve of Christmas I started looking for a recipe for gingerbread and chose the one that seemed to me the most interesting. I share it with you too.
Ingredients:
- 375 g flour;
- 115 g butter;
- 155 g of liquid honey;
- 65 g brown sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 1/2 tsp soda;
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon;
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger;
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper;
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.
Preparation:
