Ingredients:

  • 100 g of boiled sausage;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 60 g of hard cheese;
  • 8 slices of fresh bread;
  • salt to taste.

Salt the eggs and beat until smooth. Pass the cheese and sausage through a coarse grater, transfer to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

Spread the resulting mixture evenly with a spoon over the surface of the bread slices. Quickly and neatly place the bread (cheese and sausage filling down) into the pan with heated sunflower oil.

Cook for two to three minutes. Then turn the bread slices over and lightly brown the other side. Place the sandwiches on a plate.

  • 300 g pasta;
  • 300 g of boiled sausage;
  • 3 onions;
  • 50 g green onions;
  • salt, seasonings to taste.

Boil the pasta. Rinse in a colander under running water. Leave the liquid over the cup to glass. Cut the boiled sausage into medium-sized cubes. Finely chop the onions and green onions.

In a skillet, brown the sausage in a little heated sunflower oil. Add onions and fry. Place the boiled pasta in a skillet.

Season with salt and seasonings to your liking. May be sprinkled with ground black pepper, thyme, or basil.

Fry the pasta for two to three minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Arrange the finished dish on plates, sprinkle with chopped green onions on top.
