A simple but stunningly delicious cake will perfectly decorate a family tea party or complement a cup of aromatic coffee with friends.
Step-by-step recipe for sour cream in a pan in a hurry
I found the recipe for sour cream in a frying pan on one culinary site, the name of which I don't remember now. I got acquainted with the cake during that period of my life when I rented a house and did not have an oven. Since I love and prefer sweets made with my own hands, I got the idea to spend one of my free evenings looking for recipes for sweets that do not require an oven. About two dozen new entries have appeared in my notebook, one of which I share with you below.
Ingredients:
- 200 g sour cream with a fat content of 10–20%;
- 400 g sour cream, 27% fat;
- 200 g granulated sugar + 1 tbsp. for cream;
- 3-3.5 st. flour;
- 1 tsp soda;
- 1 g vanillin;
- 1 pack of cookies for decoration.
Preparation:
- Transfer the low fat sour cream to a large bowl.
- Add 200 g sugar and baking soda, stir.
- Gradually add the sifted flour to the mixture.
-
Stir all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough.
The dough for sour cream should be plastic and not clogged with flour
-
Divide the dough into 8-9 equal-sized pieces.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about a dozen cakes are obtained.
-
Roll each piece into a circle about 25 cm in diameter. To prevent the dough from sticking and tearing, sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and rolling pin.
When rolling out the blanks, sprinkle the dough with flour
-
Using a lid or plate of suitable diameter, trim the edges of the workpieces.
You can give the cakes a beautiful shape using a lid or plate
-
Place one dough piece in a dry skillet and bake over medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn over, cook for 2 more minutes.
Bake the cakes over low heat
-
Repeat the steps above to bake the cakes from all the remaining dough.
Bake whole dough cakes
- For the cream, beat the fat sour cream with a glass of sugar and vanilla.
-
Lay out the cakes one by one on a large plate and generously grease each of them with cream, form a cake.
Brush each crust with plenty of cream
-
Grind the cookies into small crumbs.
You can use crushed biscuits as a sprinkle.
-
Sprinkle the sides and top of the cake liberally with crumbs.
Topping will give the cake a complete look
-
Place the treat in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then cut into portions and serve.
The cake will be much tastier if you let it brew before serving
