- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- salt to taste.

- 250 g sour cream;
- 350-400 g of wheat flour;
- 1 bag of baking powder;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for the dough and 2 tbsp. l. for greasing parchment;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds.
Recipe:

Mix sour cream and vegetable oil. Add salt, baking powder and sifted flour. Stir until smooth.
The dough turns out to be very plastic and pleasant to work with.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer (no more than 1 cm thick). Align the edges with a sharp knife and cut into strips 4–5 cm wide.
It is convenient to use a round curly knife for cutting dough.
