Step-by-step recipe for Monica salad with ham and cheese
The recipe for the dish, which I will talk about today, appeared in my culinary notebook about 2 years ago. After getting acquainted with the salad, I met various variations of the dish with this name, but the salad of tender Peking cabbage, aromatic ham, refreshing cucumbers and hearty hard cheese seems to me the most delicious.
Ingredients:
- 200 g ham;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 4-5 Peking cabbage leaves;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- salt and black pepper - to taste;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- fresh herbs.
Preparation:

Cut the ham into thin strips and transfer to a large bowl. The better the meat product you use for the salad, the tastier the dish will be.
For easy stirring of the salad later, place the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry, also cut into strips and transfer to the ham. If the skins of the vegetables are tough or bitter, they must be cut off.
