  • buckwheat - 300 g;
  • white cabbage - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • wheat / corn flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil for frying - 1 tbsp. l.

The dish is prepared in the same way as ordinary stuffed cabbage rolls. Separate the cabbage leaves in a convenient way for you - in the microwave or in a saucepan with boiling water. Sort the groats, rinse and cook for 15 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil. Add chopped mushrooms of any kind, fry for a few minutes. Put buckwheat in the frying, salt, add spices, flour, mix.

The filling is ready - you can stuff cabbage leaves with it and cook it in the usual way, in a cauldron or oven. Serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce.

Start your day with a nutritious and healthy breakfast. A casserole made from core and cottage cheese is perfect for this: protein and fiber in one dish. For cooking you will need:

  • buckwheat - 300 g;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • cottage cheese - 1 pack / 250 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • butter - 5 g;
  • salt to taste.

Boil buckwheat in milk. Put a pack of cottage cheese into the finished non-liquid porridge. Add an egg and add sugar, salt, mix everything thoroughly. Choose the fat content of the cottage cheese at your discretion, also adjust the sugar rate. If you want a more tender casserole or soufflé, use a blender.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake for half an hour at 180 ° C. Serve with jam, jam or sour cream.

  • buckwheat - 160 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • semolina - 1 tsp;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • sour cream for serving.

Cook porridge from clean and washed buckwheat. Combine with finely chopped and sautéed onion, coarsely grated potatoes and a raw egg. Season with salt, pepper, add semolina and stir.

If the potatoes produce a lot of juice, you can add flour. Form cutlets from minced meat, roll them in flour or breading and fry or bake in the oven. Optionally, you can add mushrooms, meat, vegetables to the minced meat. Serve with sour cream or any other sauce.

  • meat or chicken fillet - 500 g;

  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • buckwheat groats - 400 g;
  • salt, spices to taste.

Finely chop the meat, cut the onion into half rings, remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop. Squeeze the garlic through a press. Put meat and vegetables in pots in equal doses and add washed buckwheat.

The indicated amount of meat and cereals is suitable for 5-6 pots. Pour with water, or better with broth, so that the liquid covers the contents of the container by 1.5 cm. Don't forget about salt and spices. Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

Buckwheat and first courses will diversify. To make the soup you will need:

  • chicken breast or fillet - 300 g;
  • buckwheat - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • salt, spices to taste.

Cook a clear broth from the chicken breast. Fillets can be immediately cut into cubes, covered with water and cooked, or you can crumble ready-made meat at the end of cooking.

While the broth is cooking, fry the cereals. In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and grated carrots. Put potatoes, chopped into cubes, buckwheat and lavrushka, allspice peas into the finished broth.

After boiling, add frying and salt to the soup. Cook until tender. Season with chopped herbs.
