They can be cooked completely in the microwave. First, boil the rice until half cooked. To do this, pour a glass of rice into a microwave-safe container, pour two glasses of hot water, salt and heat for a maximum of 10 minutes. Drain excess water, stir the rice.

Cut one head of onion into cubes. Grease the dishes with vegetable oil and add the onions. Cook at full power for 2 minutes under the lid with hole.

Mix 500-800 g minced meat with onion, rice, salt and pepper. Let the filling stand.

Take a medium-sized head of cabbage, wash, remove the top leaves and stump. Warm up at full power for 10 minutes. Remove and remove the leaves until they separate easily. Then heat the head again and remove the leaves again. Repeat as many times until you have removed the required number of leaves. For reliability, a stack of leaves can be reheated in the microwave for 5 minutes. Cut hard veins from the workpieces.

Now place the filling on each sheet and fold into tight envelopes. Make a fill: take 200 ml of any broth, except for fish, and dilute 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste and the same amount of sour cream. Pour the cabbage rolls so that the sauce covers them. If the fill is not enough, add a second batch. Cook for 20 minutes at 800 watts.
